Some molds can complete vulcanization in as little as 80 seconds, with a typical time around 200 seconds. Traditional fast-acting materials are unstable, with poorly controlled expansion ratios that frequently change, especially noticeable when using in-mold foaming. This product overcomes these shortcomings, stabilizing the foaming ratio, requiring less addition, and improving vulcanization quality. It shortens vulcanization time without affecting quality, significantly increasing production output.
