Recently, a reporter visited the Qingmei Industrial Park in Chendai Town, a hub for many footwear and apparel manufacturers. At Kaiji Polymer Company, General Manager Zhang Wenjun showed us the TEO-3305 accelerator, which the company developed over two years.
This product is an accelerator used in conjunction with environmentally friendly and odorless adhesives to solve the crystallization problem during adhesive use. The increased viscosity also eliminates contamination during mold making. Using our product eliminates mold contamination, reducing the defect rate to 1%, compared to potentially 25%. We currently sell tens of tons per month.
